Placing 5th globally, Fleassy represented Melbourne at Slam-O-Vision in Dublin in 2025

In August 2025 Fleassy won the Slamalamadingong Slam in Melbourne which awarded them the privilege of representing Malbourne in Dublin UNESCO City of Literature for the Slam-O-Vision 2025.

A tight competition featuring poets from 17 different UNESCO City of Literature locations, Fleassy finished in 5th place with their poem Touch Tourist.

Touch Tourist is a playful exploration of sensory sensitvity, autism, and finding ways to function in a world riddled with overwhelming amounts of information and input.
